OUR RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. However, in some cases, you may experience problems with the products you purchase. Here is our return policy for such situations:

  • Return Process: If you wish to return an item, please notify us of your return/exchange request within 14 business days of receiving the item. You must send the returned items back to us in their original packaging and with the invoice. Once the return process has begun, it usually takes 5-7 business days for your return to be completed.

  • Defective Products: If you notice that the product you purchased is damaged, defective, or faulty, you must have the shipping company prepare a damage report and contact us immediately. You can return the product to us or request an exchange. In this case, we will refund the price of the product or send you a new one. Please also note that minor dents or scratches on the box or packaging that do not damage the product itself cannot be compensated for return.

  • Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item and we have the same item in stock, we can send you a new one. However, for an exchange to be possible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Except for faulty products or incorrect orders, shipping costs arising from returns are the responsibility of the customer.
