  • The prepared filling is stuffed into the boiled zucchini. The tops of the zucchini are lightly closed to prevent the filling from coming out.
  • The stuffed vegetables are arranged in a pot and drizzled with olive oil. Water is added up to half the height of the stuffed vegetables, and they are cooked over low heat.

Service :

  • Once cooked, the stuffed vegetables can be served hot or at room temperature. You can enhance the flavor by drizzling yogurt over them or squeezing lemon juice over them.
